2. Who We Are
Drivelity is an international booking platform that connects you with licensed local car rental companies in Croatia through the Localrent system. We do not own, operate or rent any cars ourselves. All vehicle availability, prices and rental conditions are set by the individual suppliers.
3. Booking and Payments
You can make bookings instantly through our website:
- Payment is made directly to the rental company when you pick up the vehicle or as they specify;
- Prices shown include taxes and mandatory fees but optional extras (like insurance, GPS, child seats, etc.) may cost more;
- Before confirming any rental, make sure to read and understand the rental conditions from the supplier.
4. Changes and Cancellations
You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time unless the rental supplier’s policy states otherwise.
- To cancel or change a booking, contact our support team or use the contact information in your booking confirmation;
- Late cancellations or no-shows might incur fees charged by the supplier.
5. Liability and Responsibility
- We act only as an intermediary. We are not responsible for any issues related to the vehicle, rental service, accidents, loss, injury or any other problem caused by or during the rental;
- All vehicles are governed by the terms of the local supplier you choose;
- Always inspect your vehicle at pick-up and report any existing damage to avoid disputes later.
6. Your Obligations
When you pick up a vehicle, you must:
- Present a valid driver’s license and any other required documents;
- Follow all local traffic laws and regulations during your rental;
- Pay for any fines, penalties or damage that occur while the vehicle is in your possession.
7. Your Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
